Sunnyside Guesthouse is ideally located in the safe residential area of Parsons Hill, in the Greenacres area, just a few minutes walk from the Greenacres Shopping Mall and Greenacres Hospital.
We offer 1 and 2 bedroom self-catering units. The facilities offer private, spacious, quality accommodation, perfectly suited for corporate clients, families, sports teams and tourists.
A Continental or English breakfast is available at a cost of R85 per person per day.
Home-cooked Dinners are available at a cost of R155 per person per day.
What We Offer
We offer 1 and 2 bedroom self-catering units. The facilities offer private, spacious, quality accommodation, perfectly suitable for corporate clients, families, sports teams and tourists.
Dinners and English / Continental breakfasts as also available on request - at an additional cost.
Each suite has an open plan lounge / kitchenette area with 1 or 2 sleeper couches suitable for our junior guests. All of our units are equipped with flat screen televisions and DSTV satellite decoders with Multichoice B'nB/Hotel Bouquet. The kitchenettes are well equipped, providing you with the following:
- Microwave
- Fridge / Freezer Combo
- Electric Kettle
- Toaster
- Full set of cutlery
- Crockery and Glassware
- Electric frying pan
- Honesty fridge in each suite which is for your account
- On arrival, we provide complimentary tea, coffee, fresh milk and rusks for the first morning.
The Continental or English breakfast are R85 per person
Conveniently served in your suite, your healthy meal includes:
- Fruit juice
- Tea, Cappuccino Coffee Stick or Percolated Coffee
- Fruit yoghurt
- A choice of cereals
- Fresh milk

- A home-made health muffin / butter croissant

The 'Home-Cooked' dinners are R155 per person.
Your choice from 8 different options of our healthy, Home-Cooked dinners (includes main dinner, pudding and a soft drink from the Honesty Fridge) is conveniently served in your suite (Not Saturdays & Sundays).
All meal orders must be placed before 12h00.
