The Reservation Process

  • Submit your information via the Reservation Enquiry Form below
  • We will confirm your reservation telephonically or via e-mail, so please ensure that all of the details that you provide are accurate.
  • To confirm and secure the reservation, you will need to make payment in advance in accordance with the following :
    • For one night - the full payment is due;
    • For two or more nights - a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due BEFORE arrival.
  • We prefer EFT deposits into the bank account listed below once we have confirmed availability.
  • NO cash deposits will be accepted.
