Please read the following carefully prior to booking
Cancellation policy.
Should a cancellation be required prior to 1 month before arrival date, the full deposit will be refunded except for an admin fee of R100
Should you cancel 4 weeks to 2 weeks before arrival day, 50% of your deposit will be refunded except for an admin fee of R100
Should you cancel 2 weeks up to 3 days before arrival date, 100% of your deposit will be retained.
Cancellations made from 3 days before, up until arrival date, you will be held liable for the payment of the full booking amount.
Exceptions to the above would include death, disaster or illness which must be verified with a valid doctor's certificate.
Should you leave prior to the arranged departure date there are no refunds.

Terms and Conditions
- Should you have booked for more than 2 guests and do not let us know BEFORE arrival that your numbers have changed, you will be charged for the number of guests originally booked for.
- No extra guests to sleep over unless prior arrangements have been made with management. Extras will be charged according.
- All of our suites are non smoking areas
- No excessive noise will be tolerated after 21:30pm.
- Pool and braai areas for the exclusive use of the resident guests
- 1 Off street parking bay per suite
- Cheques to be made out to: SUNNYSIDE SUITES cc
- No credit card facilities available
- While every reasonable precaution has been taken to ensure the safety of our guests and their possessions, the owners of this establishment and their agents are not responsible for any damage, injury or loss sustained whatsoever.
- The balance owing and all other charges incurred during their stay are to be settled the day before departure.
- Please note that when we receive your deposit, our Term and Conditions are deemed as having been accepted by you.
