The Reservation Process

Submit your information via the Reservation Enquiry Form to the RIGHT. We will confirm your reservation telephonically or via e-mail, so please ensure that all of the details that you provide are accurate. To confirm and secure the reservation, you will need to make payment in advance in accordance with the following :

• For one night - the full payment is due upon making the reservation.
• Please make use of cell phone banking or EFT deposits into the bank account listed below once we have confirmed availability.
• Cash deposits attract BANK charges which will be for the guest's account.
• For two or more nights - a 50% deposit is upon making the reservation, with the balance due BEFORE arrival.
• The deposit is essential to confirm your booking - your booking is not confirmed until proof of payment has been received.
• By clicking the Book Now button, you accept our Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions.
